Licensing

Licenses are provided in a subscription-based model. The purchase of M-Star includes a node-locked license file which may be deployed in one of two ways, depending on your needs.

• Workstation License: This license can be installed on a computer workstation which will run M-Star.

• Floating/Network License: This license can be installed on a server to support multiple computers on a network. For multiple computers to run M-Star simultaneously, you will need to purchase additional licenses.

M-Star License Utility

• M-Star License Utility: This allows you to set up licenses, test and verify license options, and check out “roaming” licenses from a license server.
