Create¶
The Create menu is used to add geometry, particles, scalar fields, runtime scripts, and custom variables to the model. It is where users define output probes, sampling lines, custom analysis, and lattice refinements. You may also specify boundary conditions, reactions, and multi-physics coupling. All physics that are added to the system enter through the Create menu.
Fundamentals: Create static and moving bodies as well as inlets and outlets to those geometries.
Particles: Add Lagrangian point objects including tracers, particles, droplets, and bubbles to your model.
Lattice: Apply modifications to the main lattice including refinement and inclusion zones, and apply lattice coarse graining including fluid screens and porous mediums.
Scalar: Define a concentration or quantity at every point in your model space.
Variables: Include reacting systems, custom output variables, and global variables that can be used inside and outside the program.
Runtime: Introduce simulation logic evaluated on-the-fly during the simulation, such as PID controllers and statistics filters.
Thermal: Describe conduction, convection, and invection within the system, as well as between and through static bodies.
Output: Add data acquisition devices to your model such as sampling probes, lines, and planes.
Analysis: Customize output control and analysis including the generation of Isosurfaces, zone decomposition, and mean age.
