Troubleshooting License Issues¶

Clients¶

Set the environment variable RLM_DIAGNOSTICS=rlmdiag.txt

Attept to start the licensed software (Pre or Solve).

Capture any errors that come from the program.

A file named rlmdiag.txt should have been created.

Send the program output and the file rlmdiag.txt to M-Star support for further analysis.

Copy the license server logs and send to M-Star support for further analysis.
