Running the Solver¶
M-Star provides multiple ways to control, automate, and extend your simulation workflows, ranging from interactive execution to fully automated and optimized runs. These options support everything from starting and managing individual simulations to batching jobs, refining solution accuracy through automated resolution, optimizing model performance, and restarting simulations from previously saved results. These tools give users flexible control over how simulations are executed and refined.
Standard Solver GUI: Start, stop, and resume simulations.
Command Line Interface: Run the solver from the command line.
M-Star Queue: Specify a queue of simulations to run.
M-Star Resolver: Auto resolve your system by running incrementally finer resolutions. Converge is based on a global variable.
M-Star Optimizer: Use optimization algorithms to minimize a quantity defined in your model.
How to use restart initialization: Load in initial condition data from a previous simulation result.
