These tools are used to check and preview the model before export and execution.

  • Check Model: This function accumulates and reports all errors and warnings that are active in the model. The location of these errors and warnings are listed as part of the message.

  • Preview Lattice: This function presents a preview of the three-dimensional fluid lattice. The effects of refinement zones and inclusion zones are included as part of the preview. This preview is useful when assessing the appropriateness of the lattice resolution/density for describing fluid flow.

  • Preview Surface Meshes: This function presents a preview of the surface meshes created for all children geometry. For static and moving bodies, the mesh resolution can be controlled via the edit mesh form. The surface mesh density informs the quality of the surface-based renderings (surface pressure, shear stress, heat flux, etc.).

  • Preview Motions: This function presents a preview of object motions. All motions are supported as part of this preview. This feature is particularly useful for objects with complex and/or user-defined motions, ensuring the realized object motion matches the expected trajectories.

  • Preview Solver Output Files: This function presents a preview of statistics exported as part of the simulation.
