Menu

The menu gives instructions to the software.​ The menu bar is located directly below the title bar.

File	Load files and interact with the system
	New: Open an existing file New from template: Open a preconfigured input file with predefined fluids, motion types, and physics Open: Access and read a file Recent Files: Open a recent preprocessing file Save: Save the current file Save As: Specify the name and location of the file you are saving Import CAD Assembly: Import an entire CAD geometry file and assign different parts within that assembly to different families, see also CAD Assembly Explorer Export Parameter Sweep: Export a parameter sweep to output directories, export the individual case directories associated with the parameter sweep, and launch the queue Export Solver Files: Save the XML and STL files used as input to M-Star Solve and export for evaluation elsewhere Export Solver XML File Only: Export only the XML and not the STL files Export Geometry: Save the created geometry in generic CAD format Quit: Exit the program
Edit	Interact with the model
	Undo: Undo recent changes to the model Redo: Restore an action that was previously undone Cut: Cut a parent or children and add to the clipboard Copy: Copy one or more children geometry to the clipboard—when copying a parent with children, the children will also be copied Paste: Paste one or more children geometry directly to a parent Duplicate Object: Clone a parent or child object with the same properties and position Duplicate Object N Times: Duplicate Object Pattern: Duplicate items in linear, arc, or mirror orientation Translate: Move object Delete: Remove from model Unit Settings: Control the default length and viscosity units used to characterize physical values Change UP Direction: Align the fluid up direction with your model, or redefine it for fluid height boxes and gravity Model Quadrant Shift: Preferences: Control preferences
View	Change the representation of the 3D-view and program measurement options
