Overview¶
These are the main components of the M-Star Pre GUI interface.
Menu: The menu is for general interaction with the program.
Toolbar: In the toolbar you interact with your model, make changes, create additional components, and run the solver.
Context-Specific Toolbar: In the dynamic context-specific toolbar, the functions change according to your selections in the model tree.
Child Geometry Toolbars: These are the limited selections for the various child geometry context-specific toolbars.
Model Tree: The model tree is where you select the basic components for your model, including the three required components: simulation parameters, fluid configuration, and main lattice.
Property Grid: The property grid lists all the inputs for each component selected from the model tree.
Navigation Icons: With the navigation icons, you can change the style and toggle annotations on and off.
Viewing Panel: The viewing panel shows your 3D model geometry and other defined components.
Log Window: The log window displays simulation activity, user messages, and errors encountered during model setup.
Program Information: The program information is displayed for your convenience on the bar at the bottom of the page.
