GUI Command Line Arguments¶
mstar
¶
The executable named mstar
contains the pre-processor and other graphical user interfaces. The following sub-commands are available. A sub-command is invoked like this: mstar pre
. Each sub-command may have additional arguments available.
If no sub-command is provided, the pre-processor will open.
pre
¶
Start the M-Star CFD Pre-processor.
Help: Pre options:
-i [ --input ] arg Load Msb file
-h [ --help ] Show help
activate
¶
Open the license activation utility wizard. No additional arguments are available.
license
¶
Open the License Utility GUI. No additional arguments are available.
solve
¶
Open the Solver GUI.
Help: Pre options:
-i [ --input ] arg Load solver XML filename or case directory
-h [ --help ] Show help
queue
¶
Open the Queue GUI. Only one instance of the queue can be opened at a time. Calling this when a queue instance is already open will append the cases to the queue.
Help: Allowed options:
-h [ --help ] produce help message
-c [ --case ] arg Case directory or parameter sweep parent folder
util
¶
Open M-Star Utility. Used to generate test cases.
Help: Allowed options:
-h [ --help ] Produce help message
-e [ --examples ] Output all defined models from the built in
examples catalog
-b [ --benchmarks ] Output standard benchmark cases
-o [ --output-dir ] arg (=.) output directory
